One Republic!

This post isn't going to be all that long since this wasn't an actual concert in an arena but they did play a few of their songs making it like a concert. This was a contest I had won through my local radio station, Y100! 

They played acoustically: 

-Apologize,

-Secrets, 

-All The Right Moves, 

........ and then answered questions ranging from how they named their band to how the road life is.

After questions were answered, we got in line to take pictures with them! Here are a few pictures I took:

Mitchel Musso!

I have to say, I didn't expect much from him but his concert was amazing! I got there and met up with my friend Jessica (Jessmichellex3.blogspot.com) and waited in line with her! We finally got in later then expected as usual and headed down to the floor to have a good view of the stage. We were super close in our own little corner about 5th row or so? Concert began with opener, One Call. They sang about three songs or so and had a dance to each! Jimmy Robbins was the next opener! He sang more songs then we all thought he would, but they were great! I loved him!

FINALLY after watching both openers + an extra twenty minutes or so, MITCHEL MUSSO came out! The crowd went INSANE, pushing and knocking people over like crazy. Suddenly, I was separated from my friends and I could not get back to them! I was about second row now and was standing behind a father about 6 ft. tall maybe! A little after snapping pictures from the second row, I headed back to where my friends were!

I was so much more comfortable by them anyway since we were in our own section not hitting against anyone else.

Mitchel performed almost his whole album... Speed Dial, Welcome To Hollywood, Hey, Shout It, How To Loose A Girl, The In Crowd, and Movin' In. He also did a cover of Apologize by One Republic! He performed Hey with Jimmy Robbins at the end!

After the concert ended, my friends and I got in line to meet Mitchel Musso since we had bought Meet and Greets with our tickets! Finally it was our turn and they kept saying no pictures, no pictures, but of course we all took pictures with him!!! I tried to hug him but it was across a counter so It didn't turn out as planned haha!

Overall, the concert was great and Mitchel was extremely nice! I loved meeting him and hope to see him perform again!

Jonas Brothers in Ft. Lauderdale!

Since school began, I have not had any time to write blogs so I am catching up on a few on this wonderful Thanksgiving day! :)

Many unexpected exciting things happened on this day (August 19). 

I arrived hours early to meet with the Verizon guys for soundcheck since I had won soundcheck passes days before through Verizon! Right when I got to the arena, busses arrived since the boys were at a road dogs game with their band and crew. Along with everyone else I headed by the busses yet it was hard to see since we weren't leveled with them and their were tons of trees in the way!

After starring at busses for five minutes I left and went to talk to the Verizon guys, Seth and Warren. Wonder Girls came and sang their song "Nobody" outside and then headed into the arena.

Soon later we headed into soundcheck and I was more excited then ever! :) I got in and was maybe 15th row or so...but then as soon as the boys made their entrance, I moved up to the very front almost in arms length reach of them!

They answered questions, brought two girls on stage, and played two songs: Video Girl & Gotta Find You!

After soundcheck ended, I saw John Taylor talking to a family in which he knew to the right of me so I asked for a photo and received one! :) I then headed out to get a shirt.

My mom was on the phone with one of the Jonas Brothers New York security guards and her phone wasn't working in the arena so we headed to go outside. On our way out we bumped into Mike, their main security guard! My mom handed Mike the phone and said someone wants to talk to you! The two Jonas security guards talked together and hung up.

Mike smiled at my mom, my mom smiled back and in the blink of an eye I was at the Jonas Brothers Meet and Greet! JUST LIKE THAT! I felt bad since my friends were hoping to get in as well and I tried to convince Mike but he couldn't take so many people :/

Oh yeah before heading to the Meet and Greet, I met the Wonder Girls! :)

Mike walked my mom and I up to the Meet and Greet where we waited in line for a little bit. It got closer and closer to my turn and I could barely breathe in there! SO many girls, so claustrophobic haha! Big Rob was walking around and I couldn't help but stare at him and snap photos! 

It all hit me as I walked into the tent! (For this tour, the Jonas Brothers Meet and Greet was in a tent! Just you, the boys, Big Rob, and their photographer, Rob Hoffman!) I hugged Kevin, then Nick, then Joe and took my photo! I told them how I had met Demi weeks previous and now I'm meeting them and how excited I was for the concert! I then hugged Nick again and Joe again... they wouldn't let me hug Kevin again probably since I took like five minutes in there haha!

It was my moms turn to meet the boys and as she entered the tent, I was supposed to leave but I stayed for about 30 seconds. My mom comes out and goes "AHHH! I HUGGED BIG ROB!" Lol.

After the meet and greet, we went downstairs to head to our seats. Along the way, I bumped into a million people I knew! Found our seats! FIVE rows behind the catwalk! Great seats! For Honor Society, Wonder Girls, and Jordin Sparks I moved up to the first row where my friend was sitting but for Jonas I went back to my seats :)

Overall, the concert was AMAZINGGG!!!! 

After it ended, my mom called Tiffany Giardina's dad to see where him and Tiffany were so we could go say hi to them! :) Found them, talked for a little bit, and took pictures!

It was one of the best nights of my life and I will never forget it!

Jonas Brothers in Tampa!

We arrived in Tampa a day early.... listening to Radio Disney and eating goldfish on the way there! :)

soo the concert!

Got to the arena, noticed people crowding by the tour busses, headed over there and spotted Garbo and Jack! Oh yeah, Ned too! Ned is Honor Society's manager. He only takes pictures with NED. If you ask for a picture, I doubt you'll get one sorry to say haha. He asked us who we were waiting for and I shouted: GARBO, GO GET HIM PLEASE. He just laughed and walked away. Then we spotted Rob Brenner, tour designer/coordinator :) 

After waiting for about twenty minutes we decided to head into the venue, running into SETH (Verizon guy)! Love him ;) He was so happy to see us again and said he wanted to be trapped on that little beautiful island of the Bahamas in a funny voice as usual. Took pictures with him and then went over to the Mike and Ike tent to see if we could score some Jordin Sparks m&g's! Plain failed.. no Jordin m&g's for us :/

Scanned our tickets and found our seats! THEY WERE AMAZING and weren't floor! We had a great view though and were sitting right next to where everyone comes out of! All of a sudden I spot Big Rob walking out before the concert with a girl and her mom. I shouted "BIG ROB" & he gave a thumbs up and continued walking until all of a sudden girls that were seated on the floor started attacking him with their cameras. He posed for ONE picture and then left.

So concert began, first was Wonder Girls.. loved the little dance they did and when they taught it to us although Jessica and I had already practiced the dance various times before entering the arena haha! =)

Next came Jordin Sparks! She looked so pretty! She sang about four songs or so? Maybe five.

HONOR SOCIETY! I was so happy to see them! (Hadn't seen them since July!) They sang Over You, Two Rebels, Full Moon Crazy, See U In The Dark and some others! Of course I stood up and did the Honor Roll along with half the arena.

Finally the chanting started & We Will Rock You began to play! Jonas came up from beneath the stage in the center with Paranoid! They all looked great! I'm not going to list the songs... they basically played new ones, old ones, and Play My Music :) 

Nick and Joe did their tricks during Much Better! Once I heard the music come on I had my camera ready! It starts of with Joe and Nick running from opposite ends of the stage and meeting in the center as they jump on the trampoline! It continues with Nick kneeling down beside the trampoline and Joe jumping over Nick. Next, Joe runs around the stage to the other side of the trampoline but he ends up slipping on the way there haha. Then he jumps on the trampoline over a mic stand and Nick throws the mic stand to who knows where. Nick does a flip on the trampoline and then grabs his guitar, a guitar pick, and continues playing Much Better! :D

During Lovebug, Kevin came out in a white raincoat and an umbrella as rain came down around the edges of the circular stage.. no one gets wet (:

Hmm.. what else? Oh yeah, during Gotta Find You, Nick, Joe, Kevin, Christa, and Caroline (violinists) stand on a part of the stage and it lifts up into the air and they play up there! So awesome! 

We weren't on the foaming side cause we were on the rain side.

During the concert, we kept looking over to where people come out of and saw Garbo and Jack watching the concert as well as Christa, Papa J, Honor Society, and even Big Rob!

Loved the concert and seeing the boys again! Thank you so much Jessica for taking me along with you on this amazing journey! :)

DEMI LOVATO!!!

what a day this was.....

I arrived at the arena about an hour and 15 minutes early.. went to pick up vip package at will call.. they tell us to go to the other will call on the COMPLETE OTHER SIDE of the arena haha.. walk over there waste more time.. get in line.. get tickets, meet and greets, soundcheck, etc! Go inside.. HUGE line already.. hour early and this many people in line for soundcheck?! Haha! Wait for about thirty-forty minutes then they take us in! :) Ended up with great seats right in the center :)

While waiting for Demi to come out, her band played a few songs and we just sat and listened and finally... (THIRTY MINUTES LATER) Demi came out! :) Everyone just like sat there cause she looked different and no one noticed her but I stood up and was like AH. DEMI. IS. HERE. EVERYONE. haha! She looked so tiny haha!

DEMI sang about three or four songs... catch me, two worlds collide, and another.. totally forgot.. so long ago haha! :)

Then she answered a few questions.. not mine :( but someone else asked it! I was going to ask how it was working with John Mayer... anyway she finished said bye see you at m&g then vanished! :)

I went up to the stage to talk to Mike Manning, Demi's guitarist... told him how we talked on facebook and he promised me a guitar pick.. he was like OH YEAH and handed me one :) LOVE HIM! Then we tried taking a photo while I was on the floor and he was on the stage.. didn't work out to well since there is a gate in between the stage and floor so he got off the stage and took a picture with me on the floor.. once again LOVE HIM (: he is sooooo nice!

Left for the meet and greet....... waited in line to go up the meet and greet for about 15 minutes then waited another 15 minutes while we were up there haha.. so much waiting! Finally Demi comes out.. once again not many people noticed haha but ME :) Talked to the girl in front of me and then it was my turn..!

AH. I walked up to her and was like omg I can't believe this... and I started tearing up like crazy.. I held in my tears as best as possible cause I knew I had to look good in the picture! I showed her the picture of her and I in New York since I had met her the previous week at the Trump hotel! :) She was like omg I remember you... you were the only one I took a picture with and I'm like yeah sorry about that haha!

Then she started signing it and the guy running the meet and greet goes "HEY! THATS ME IN THE BACKGROUND OF THAT PICTURE" lol.. we were cracking up! Then we hugged and she told me not to cry haha! :) We went to take the photo and I go "hey! lets do a hugging picture" and she was like "okay! sounds good!" It turned out great!!! :)

Demi looked quite pale compared to me haha! :) After taking this picture, I realized her phone was there... should have asked her who she was texting lol! :) So took the picture hugged her again.... I seriously did NOT want to leave :( The next person came and I was still standing on the side shouting things at her like "bye Demi" "look out for me section 3 front row lol "thanks!" she was like okay thanks for coming see you later! :) I noticed 3 boys sitting in chairs on the side of demi and one was Nick Santino! :) I didn't say anything to him though (:

Finally left haha and made my way to the food area.. I was so hungry from not eating all day... waaaaayy toooooooo excited! :D Then headed to see where my seats were and bumped into some friends along the way :) chatted with them for a little then saw my seats and went back to my mom by the food area.

Fifteen minutes later we headed to our seats and saw my friend and her family.. talked to them until the lights dimmed.. went crazy since I was still with my friend when my seat was all the way in front row... ran like crazy and nearly knocking over one of the old lady security guards on the floor.. and made my way to my seat.. !

Jordan Pruitt came on right when I went up there haha.. so quick! I made it just in time! :) I was leaning against the stage, well gate since there is a gate before the stage.. and people were like trying to kill me haha! :) I was so squished it was slightly INSANEEEEE! lol. Jordan is so pretty and has such an amazing voice! She sang about three songs or so :)

Next was DAVID ARCHULETA! Love him! He was amazing! David sang a lot of songs... don't remember how many but of course apologize, zero gravity (one of my favorites!), crush, a little to not over you, and a few more! His guitarist, Mike Kompras was playing directly in front of me! :) He kept tossing out guitar picks but they always went behind me or some random spot.. my mom stood by the catwalk and when Mike went over there, he handed my mom one haha!

Then... he want back to the stage a few minutes later, got more picks and handed me one haha. I LOVE HIM <3>

Anyway, David finished and their was a twenty minute intercession till Demi came out. Finally Demi came out, I went deaf for about thirty minutes haha! We had the greatest eye contact and she definitely remembered who I was every time she smiled in my direction..... I even got a picture of her looking at me! I video taped almost each song and put them all up on my youtube: youtube.com/jordancerx3! This was my favorite concert EVER! She is such an amazing performer especially for being 16 (she's 17 now but was 16 at my concert ha)! So during Demi... Mike came and sat with my mom lol the ENTIRE TIME :) After the concert he texted her saying to meet him for dinner so we went and he took us! :) the rest of david's band was there as well.. so awesome! They're SO nice!! Then Mike drove my moms car to the tour bus area since he had to be back at bus call and had no way of getting there.... this was around 12-1am lol! Got back there talked with Demi's band and David's while David slept in the tourbus next to me lol.

Push Play

So I skipped my post about Grease since it wasn't a concert.. just a show I went to see :)

PUSH PLAY!

I am so happy they finally made their way to Florida! I thought they'd never come! So I checked their Myspace for tour info updates and found out that they were coming to my local radio station. The radio station wasn't doing any contests online or on air so I was curious as to how we get to go see Push Play perform at the station (Y100). 

About three days before, Push Play started contests on twitter just saying to re-tweet (re write) what they said (Push Play Ft. Lauderdale) ... so I did that for a few days and found out I won along with just about everyone else that re-tweeted that!

I then realized that I had my permit test at the DMV the same day as Push Play at Y100! Thankfully, my appointment was in the morning and Push Play wasn't performing till 2:00! I had to pass my permit test in order to see Push Play that day so Push Play kind of motivated me to pass which I did! :) I was then on my way to see Push Play!

I Got there super early and was of course first in line. I talked with a few other girls and my friend Melody and then went inside. They checked my name off and then they took us to to this place in the studio where we sat and had pizza.

Then they brought us to the room where the Yundergrounds are and we sat and waited for Push Play to come out (front row!) Push Play came about five minutes later and performed three songs and did a little Q & A :) They played Where I Belong, Midnight Romeo, and Heart Attack. They answered questions such as favorite pick up line, stuff about themselves, and then my question: where do you see yourself in the next year or two? CJ: THE MOON. The rest of them said hopefully touring!

Then we lined up to take pictures with them. I went to the stage before they headed to the line and asked CJ for his water :) He said "I will finish the last bit and give it to you" (there was nothing in the water haha). He gave it to me and then I asked for guitar picks from them. They all said that they each had only one on them but Steve said "If you come to our show tonight" (they had another show that night at a record store), I will give you one!

I knew I had to go.. not ONLY for the guitar pick haha but to see them again :)

The third show they did was the same night as the Y100 event at Radio Active Records. I went with my friend Jessica, her sister, and my other friend Melody :) We got there on time actually early I guess since Push Play arrived much later after we did. They played Heart Attack, Midnight Romeo, Where I Belong, Away Away, Dreamers, and Hot N Cold. Filmed each of those.. videos are on my youtube!

When they finished, I went up to Steve and said "you promised me a guitar pick and same with CJ" and they go "OH YEAH" and both reach into their pockets. Steve had his out first and handed it to me and CJ gave his to my friend Jessica.

Afterward they hung out and took pictures with everyone for about an hour or so.. it was a fun night and they are all really nice guys! :) I was so happy I had the chance to see them again.

AMERICAN IDOL

Sorry.. I am really late on putting these blogs up and youtube videos too! Almost done with American Idol videos and then I'll be done with videos for now :D

This was my first time going to an American Idol concert and I really enjoyed it! Usually I'm in camp for the summer so I miss when American Idol is in town but this year I stayed home so I had the chance to go! :) I got there about an hour early and headed to the food area because I was starving :) Then I went to see my seats! I was on the floor far back from the stage but I still had a perfect view and a great camera to see the view even better with :) Everyone sat during the performances besides the single ladies one (OF COURSE) so I stood the whole time and took pictures/videos ! :) 

Speaking of pictures... I took a total of 523 pictures and I video taped almost each song that each Idol contestant sang (they each sang about 3 or 4 each) totaling to about 37.. haha!

Anyway... hung out at my seat saw some friends talked to them for a little bit.... then the lights dimmed *cues INSANE screaming * and it began! :) 

(I'll just list the order of who came out first not all the songs they sang) If you want to know what they sang..... watch the youtube videos I put up! I put the name of the song under the description of each video!

They had mini slideshows for each person with about two pictures of each contestant and put their name up on the screen to show who was coming out next :)

Adam and Kris did great! When Adam came out, I, along with many others, grew deaf haha :) The screaming was worse then the screaming at a Jonas Brothers concert! Danny Gokey was also amazing and he gave a speech.. Allison also!! Adam sang five songs, one of those was a duet with Allison to Slow Ride. It was amazing! I filmed it and put that video on youtube! Kris sang five as well.. some songs on guitar and some on piano! 

The finale was great! They entire group came out and sang Don't Stop Believing as well as the chorus of Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye & that was about it :)
